Since 1945, DRB Industrial has consistently led the domestic rubber industry by successfully pioneering the localization of rubber belts. We have innovated across various fields, ranging from power transmission belts for construction and agricultural machinery to rubber track and rubber pad, construction materials, and seismic isolation and vibration. DRB Industrial has made consistent contributions to global industrial development and the enhancement of human life. 

DRB Industrial is proactively engaged in ESG management activities, with a commitment to sustainability deeply ingrained as a core value for both current operations and future endeavors. Establishment of ESG Committee and the formulation of Corporate Governance Charter mark the beginning of our efforts to incorporate sustainability principles. We strive to internalize ESG values, aligning with the unique characteristics of the rubber and chemical industry. We have initiated long-term planning for environmental management, including carbon neutrality, harmful chemicals and waste reduction, and wastewater purification and reuse. We also prioritize the safety of our workforce by conducting regular inspections and precise diagnostics, ensuring a secure and clean workplace management.

Moving forward, DRB Industrial remains committed to respecting and endorsing the core principles and values outlined by the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles, UN SDGs, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We will continue to take a leading role as a global company, actively supporting and promoting key themes such as environment, human rights, labor, anti-corruption, and community development. We will support the implementation of international commitments related to climate change, human rights, and labor practices within the supply chain. We will strive to ensure that ESG goes beyond declarative slogans and becomes concrete and impactful management achievements for the company.
